BGMI Ban Seems Confirmed as It is Taken Down From Google Play Store and Apple App Store, Company Respond

Google releases statement, “On receipt of the order, following established process, we have notified the affected developer and have blocked access to the app that remained available on the Play Store in India.”

Fans are in a frenzy because of the lack of explanation around its disappearance, with the majority of gamers believing it is due to a technical error.

Players must, however, wait a few hours for more information to be revealed on the issue. Nothing can be presumed at this stage unless more clarity is offered by the concerned parties.

BGMI's removal from the Google Play Store has stunned users. No relevant results turn up when they search for the game, whereas if they try to access it via the link, an error notice is presented on their screen stating - "We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server."

Indianexpress.com reached out to developer Krafton India for a statement. The company said, “We are clarifying how BGMI was removed from the Google Play store and the App store and will let you know once we get specific information.”
